Request humanitarian support as an individual or family.
Use this form if you are requesting support for yourself or your household. Share the purpose of the request, the amount needed if known, and any context that will help the Foundation review your situation with care and clarity.
If your request is approved, the Foundation may set an approved amount, include an additional note for you, and then distribute the approved funds.
