Donation Request Form (Organization)
Request support on behalf of an organization or group.
Use this form if you are requesting support for an organization, project, or local initiative serving Uyghur families and communities. Share what the organization does, who it serves, and how the requested support would be used.
If your request is approved, the Foundation may set an approved amount, include an additional note for your organization, and then distribute the approved funds.
